A: Shipping times vary. Ready-to-ship items process in under 5 days; made-to-order dresses take 2-3 weeks. Contact us for details. Express shipping via DHL is available; provide your phone number for shipping notifications.

You are entitled to a risk-free return within 14 days of your purchase. If you have exceeded the 16-day return window, you will not be eligible to return the item. Please find below our simple returns and exchanges policy tailored to your location:

• You are entitled to a risk-free return within 14 days of your purchase.
• Reasons for return may include incorrect size, receiving a defective item.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Rush fees are non-refundable.
• Please initiate the return process by contacting us and stating the reason for return within five days of receiving your item.
• Our warehouses are located in Cyprus and China, and you can choose either location to return the dress.
• Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

🌍 For International Customers:

• Returns and exchanges are acceptable with certain conditions.
• If returning a faulty, wrong size or incorrect item, you may need to arrange your own method of return.
• International customers are responsible for import VAT and customs duty charges.
• In case the items don’t reach us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.
• Please note that international shipping fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
