If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days from the day you received all the items in your order. The 30-day cancellation period commences from the date of item receipt.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Size: If you have purchased the wrong size, you can return the item and request a refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Item: If the item you received is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. You are eligible to return it for a refund.

  • Item Not as Advertised: In the event that the item you received does not match the description or images provided on our platform, you can return it for a refund.

  • Incorrectly Sent Items: If you received items that were different from what you ordered, you have the option to return them and request a refund.

Please do not return items without first contacting us or initiating the return process through your account.

Free Returns Policy for Cyprus Customers

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund process for our valued customers in Cyprus.

How to Log in Without a Password:

  1. Go to the My Account on our website.
  2. Instead of entering a password, click on the option that says, "Login Without a Password" or "Send a Login Code."
  3. Enter your registered email address and click "Send" or "Request Code."
  4. Check your email inbox for a message containing a temporary login code or link.
    • If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Copy the code or click on the link provided in the email.
  6. Return to the login page, paste the code if prompted, and you’ll be logged in automatically.

This method allows you to access your account securely without needing to remember a password.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Log in to your account on our website. 
  2. Navigate to the "My Account" section.
  3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Follow the provided instructions to initiate the return.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of item receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • If the returned boxes of goods are damaged, the return will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping is absolutely free for customers in Cyprus.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them.
  • Upon successful inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exclusions:

  • Certain items lingerie and swimwear cannot be processed for hygiene reasons. Additionally, custom-made luxury dresses are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed to receive a full refund. However, if more than 24 hours have passed or if the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests. In such instances, we kindly request that you proceed with the return process upon receiving the item(s).

 

Returns Policy for International Customers

At this time, we do not provide return labels for international orders.

International Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
