Order Processing Time

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Where We Ship From

We ship from our EU warehouse and a network of 25 partner warehouses worldwide.
Your order will always be dispatched from the location that provides the fastest delivery to your region.

Cyprus

5–10 days (including processing & shipping)

European Countries

4–14 days (processing + shipping)

North America

7–12 days (processing + shipping)

Asian Countries

8–25 days (processing + shipping)

Rest of the World

Delivery times vary depending on customs clearance and local couriers.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
This is completely normal, and tracking will be provided for each package.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
We aim to keep shipping charges simple, fair, and transparent.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU customers: Taxes are already included in product prices.

Outside the EU: Import duties or customs charges may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address is complete and correct.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days.
We will open an investigation with the courier and support you throughout the process.
