1) Payment & Checkout
We accept Shop Pay (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and USDC crypto.
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted and PCI-compliant systems to ensure maximum protection.
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 24 hours, we can usually cancel your order or update details like your shipping address. After this time, or once the order enters processing or dispatch, changes are no longer possible.
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. EU-warehouse items follow standard EU sizing, while Asia-warehouse items may vary, so always check the chart before ordering for the best fit.
Your items may ship from different warehouses (EU or Asia). Each parcel will include tracking so you can follow everything separately.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, before processing and shipment begins. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
2) Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery – EU Warehouse
Orders from our EU warehouse are processed within 1–3 business days, though weekends and public holidays may cause minor delays.
Delivery times vary by location and are automatically calculated at checkout or in the quick cart:
- EU Warehouse: 1–7 business days, depending on your country and order weight.
- UK & Ireland: 7–10 business days.
Yes — we offer free shipping to most EU countries. For exact details, please check in your cart or at checkout.
No. All EU-warehouse orders ship from within the European Union for faster and smoother delivery. EU-warehouse items ship within the EU single market, so no customs or import charges apply.
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your country.
Some countries may charge VAT or customs duties on deliveries from outside the EU. These charges (if any) depend on your location and local regulations.
Delays can occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or customs inspections. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
3) Returns & Refunds
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Lingerie and intimate items are not eligible unless defective.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
You can start a return directly from your customer account. Simply log in, open Orders, select the item you want to return and follow the steps to submit a return request. For items shipped from our EU Warehouse, you must mark the parcel clearly as “Return – No Commercial Value” so customs does not treat it as a new import. Failing to do so may result in delays or additional charges, which we cannot accept.
For items shipped from our Asia Warehouse, we will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved. Returns from Asia are available in 24 countries. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
