You may return an item within 30 days from the day you received your order. The 30-day period begins on the date the goods arrive to you.
Return Eligibility
You may return an item for any of the following reasons:
- Wrong Size
- Damaged or Defective Item
- Item Not as Described
- Incorrect Item Received
- Change of Mind / Not Satisfied
Please do not send items back without initiating a return through your account, as this may delay processing.

How to Log in Without a Password
- Go to My Account on our website.
- Select “Login Without a Password” or “Send Login Code.”
- Enter your email.
- Check your inbox (or spam folder) for the code or login link.
- Use it to access your account instantly.
How Returns Work
Step 1 — Initiate Your Return
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Account → Orders.
- Select the item(s) you want to return.
- Follow the instructions provided.
Step 2 — Return Address
We operate a network of 25+ international warehouses. To make returns easier, we will direct your return to the nearest available warehouse based on your location. This ensures faster delivery and smoother processing.
Step 3 — Shipping the Return
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
- We do not provide return labels at this time.
- A trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.
- Please mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs delays or import duties.
If customs classifies a return as an import, we are not responsible for additional fees.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags must be attached
- Boxes must not be severely damaged
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order
Excluded Items (non-returnable):
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Custom-made or tailored luxury dresses
Refund Process
Once your return arrives at our designated warehouse:
- Our team inspects the item(s).
- If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund.
If more than 24 hours have passed or the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may still return the item once it arrives.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective:
- Contact us immediately through your account
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will assist you promptly and resolve the issue
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To switch to another size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
